After my many posts on literature these past few days I’m turning back to health and fitness! I’ve still been doing it, trust me!
It’s Saddlebag Saturday! The day of the week when the legs are targeted. SO 30 minutes of cardio and 100 lunges later I’m feeling like Arnie Schwarzenegger! I still have enough in me to end with some pilates. SO lets hit the mat blogilates style!!
